Mary Helen Boggs, Owner and Director of Joyful Sounds, Inc
From the age of six Mrs. Boggs knew she wanted to share music with others. She began working with children while still in her teens. After receiving her BS degree in Music Education from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee she taught music in grades K-12 in both public and private school systems. Mrs. Boggs has served as Director of Christian Education in several churches as well as being a pianist, organist and children’s choir director through the years. While attending a national music convention in1988, she discovered Kindermusik and opened her home studio, Kindermusik of Papillion, in 1989. The name, Joyful Sounds, was chosen because children are so happy and joyful as they learn and grow through music. Mrs. Boggs and her husband raised three children and now have grandchildren who are involved in Kindermusik classes.

Darla Bair
Darla Bair has lived in the Papillion community since February '99, and was raised in a home that enjoyed music. She is energetic, young at heart, enjoys teaching young children and raising her own two children. Darla first became involved in Kindermusik when she enrolled her daughter in Kindermusik. Darla decided to become a licensed Kindermusik teacher when she recognized the value of early childhood music education. She realized that she could be part of an international network that offers a quality musical experience for children to enjoy with their families, while providing a meaningful foundation for future learning in all areas of development, and assuring parents that one of the benefits of participation included quality materials for home use. Darla has been teaching with Joyful Sounds since 2003.
